2. No Refunds for Completed Services
Due to the nature of our financial consulting services, we do not offer refunds for consultations, reports, or any advisory services that have already been delivered. Once a service has been provided, we consider it fulfilled and non-refundable.

3. Service Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their scheduled consultation or advisory service within 48 hours of booking for a full refund, provided the service has not yet been delivered. Cancellations made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

4. Exceptional Circumstances for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

If Strativest is unable to provide the service due to unforeseen circumstances.
If a payment was made in error and the service was never used.
If a client experiences a technical issue that prevents access to a paid service (proof may be required).

5. Refund Processing Time
If a refund request is approved, funds will be processed within 10 business days via the original payment method. The exact time for funds to reflect in your account depends on your payment provider.

6. Dispute Resolution
If you believe a refund should be issued for reasons not covered in this policy, please contact our customer service team for review. We aim to resolve any disputes fairly and transparently.
